The MectaLock All-Suture Anchor is an implantable device indicated for the treatment of hip and shoulder instability and shoulder rotator cuff repair and biceps tenodesis. It is composed of a UHMWPE tightening/pulling suture and one or more UHMWPE functional/floating sutures.
The suture anchor is composed entirely of sutures made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene specifically arranged and braided to create an anchoring point within the bone after its deployment. The same sutures that compose the anchor are also used to firmly secure soft tissue to the bone.
Depending on the indication offers a shorter anchor configuration for shoulder and a longer for hip. Both anchors are available with standard sutures or a tape option.
Anchor is offered either with standard sutures or a tape option.
The dedicated set of drills for the All-Suture anchors represent a range extension of the MectaLock PEEK drills.
Drills and All-Suture anchors are compatible and easily insertable within the MectaLock PEEK Aimers.
